Well, yes, under different circumstances I would not have been so critical of a new product either, but this really is a special case. Windows 11 is essentially Windows 10 with some improvements here and there, a nicer GUI and… that’s it. So, to be honest, I do not feel obliged to give it time, because we have already given Windows 10 a lot of time and it still isn’t what it should be.
Let us not forget that Win10 also caused a lot of people a lot of trouble with its problematic updates for years, which is hardly surprising given the fact that operating systems simply aren’t high enough in Microsoft’s priorities anymore. Win11 is no different. The company’s focus hasn’t suddenly changed. It’s just a marketing tool used (and abused…) to get more consumers to buy more PCs than they normally would. That’s all.
I’ve already posted about this and I always stand by my views. Just my two cents anyway.
