The new Avengers team looks like it will be a mix of old and new: Iron Heart (replacing Iron Man), Kate Bishop (replacing Hawkeye), the new Captain America (former Falcon) and Spider-man are the only "sure" ones right now.

Doctor Strange, Yelena Belova (despite the Thunderbolts), the new "white" Vision, Shang-Chi and Blade may or may not join the Avengers in time for Doomsday.

I feel that Young Avengers is a separate thing that Marvel Studios will not want to do until after Secret Wars. Otherwise it will become too complicated again, this dance of heroes in and out.

I also don't think that Cage and Fist are anywhere in all of this. The stuff that's already planned until 2027 is already enough - if Marvel Studios are going for quality this time around, that is, as they keep saying.

The Tony Stark Dr. Doom variant was the first thing that crossed my mind too when I saw RDJ on stage, but it could be kind of lazy for Marvel to go down that road, don't you agree? Creatively, I mean. It's so easy and obvious from a storyline standpoint, but people are getting tired of the Multiverse/variant thing. Just look at what many people, even diehard fans, are saying about Deadpool & Wolverine. It was fun during Loki, but to stretch two whole MCU Phases based on that? I don't know. It feels like too much, really.
