That is correct. I am not 100% sure that ALL countries will get ALL the content Disney now has access to, but it's a GREAT alternative to Netflix that the market really needed.

I hope that Disney Plus gets at shooting distance of Netflix during 2022 (say to 156or 180 million subscribers ) so that competition between them really heats up. That will be very interesting to see.
