Once more, you are too much focused on this particular nationality for some reason. If Samsung was a Japanese company, I'd write "the Japanese". If it was an American company, I'd write "the Americans" and so on.

I am starting to believe that all this has something to do with e.g. you being Korean, in which case how you perceive this connotation is definitely your problem, not mine.

Before resorting to such extremes as to call anyone you know nothing about "unprofessional" just because he wrote something you don't like, maybe you should consider how all this fuss looks to the rest of us that care not whether Samsung is Korean, American, Japanese or Wakandan for that matter.
